This 1031 exchange real estate consultant firm decided it was time for a little exchange of their own and reached out to Workscape Designs. Realized presented the challenge to create a modern, millennial-driven design in a historic, downtown Austin building.

Realized Holdings needed help creating a space for multiple people without the acoustic issues of multiple people in such a space. We focus this portfolio spotlight on the acoustic wall treatments and removable, non-marring carpet tiles. We placed the tiles on the original wood floors to cut down on reverberation and foot traffic noise in the space and used the wall treatments to allow for more private conversations.

In addition, the client wanted to make sure employees received an upgraded workstation. We refurnished each employee with an ergonomic sit-to-stand desk, to provide an increased level of ergonomics health. Functionally we added an acoustic screen wrap-around to each workstation and include wire management box below each space for organization.
